Cherry Tomatoes
Bocconcini (mini fresh mozzarella balls)
Pesto or fresh basil leaves
This is a cute little appetizer that is super simple to put together and is always a crowd pleaser.
Simply cut the tops off of the cherry tomatoes and scoop out the seeds with a melon baller.
Put a dollop of pesto in each tomato, and then stuff in one half of a mini mozzarella ball.
You could use a piece of fresh basil in place of the pesto.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper before serving.
